Warp knitting machine is mainly composed of knitting weave, guide bar traversing weave, let-off weave, drawing and winding weave and transmission weave.
(1) The woven fabric includes a needle bed, a guide bar, a sinker bed and a pressing plate, which are usually driven by cams or offset connecting rods. Cams are often used in warp knitting machines with low speed and messy movement rules of looping parts. The eccentric pain connecting rod is widely used in high-speed warp knitting machines because of its smooth transmission, concise processing and less wear and noise in high-speed operation.
(2) Traverse the fabric with the guide bar, so that the guide bar can traverse according to the pleading of the knitted fabric in the process of looping, and the warp yarn is placed on the needle, so as to weave the knitted fabric with a certain fabric structure. There are usually two types: pattern plate type and cam type. The pattern weave is connected in series into a pattern chain through a certain shape and standard pattern according to the pleas of knitted fabric, which makes the guide bar move transversely. It is suitable for weaving messy patterns with easy pattern conversion and comparison.
(3) Let-off organization, unwinding the warp yarn on the warp beam and sending it into the weaving area. There are two types: deep type and active type. The warp beam in deep weave is pulled by the warp tension to send out the warp, which does not need special warp beam transmission equipment, and is suitable for warp knitting machines with low machine speed and messy let-off rules. The active let-off organization uses special transmission equipment to rotate the warp beams to send out warp yarns, which is different from tension induction and linear velocity induction. Tension-sensing organization controls the rotation speed of warp beam by sensing the warp tension with tension rod. Linear speed sensing organization controls the rotating speed of warp beam by sensing the moving speed of warp yarn with speed measuring equipment.
(4) The function of pulling and winding tissue is to pull the fabric out of the weaving area at a predetermined speed and wind it into a cloth roll.
